Recipes are divided into three main categories: greens, roots, and citrus, all intended to support specific bodily functions. In addition, there are also recipes for nut milks, smoothies  elixirs and flavored beverages, including Chia Almond Smoothies and Berry Basil Bliss. The authors also devote a section specifically on cleansing, which combines recipes along with advice on how to get the most out of your cleanse.
