Simple Mills has released gluten free crackers made from a blend of almond flour, sunflower seeds and flax seeds. The crackers have 20-50% less carbs than leading cracker brands and are a good source of vitamin E and 3 g of protein per serving. They come in four flavors: Fine Ground Sea Salt, Farmhouse Cheddar, Rosemary & Sea Salt, Sundried Tomato & Basil.
