Tofurky, a brand of Turtle Island Foods, now offers 100% Meat-Free Ground Beef. The products are made from organic soy protein and contain no GMOs. This vegan-friendly option comes in ground beef style and chorizo style. Tofurky says that the products are good for the environment, as well, resulting in significantly less carbon emissions than real beef.
