The Manhattan Chili Co. now has eight varieties of chili available for retail: poultry (High Plains Turkey and Ginger Chicken), beef (Numero Uno, Chain Gang and Choral Society) and vegan (Red Lentil, Totally Vegetable and 4 Bean Butternut Squash). The line of chili is all natural, contains no preservatives and is minimally processed.
