Sophie’s Kitchen has two new products available in its vegan seafood line: Vegan Crabcakes and Breaded Vegan Scallops. Both products are gluten free, soy free and perfect for vegans, vegetarians, anyone allergic to seafood or those looking to add more vegetables to their diets. The products combine seaweed with Konjac, a traditional Asian superfood that is low in calories and high in fiber.
