Kroger company will now carry products from Choice Organic Teas of Seattle, WA in 845 of its stores. Sales of the four teas to be carried, Oothu Garden Green, Wild Forest Black, Decaf English Breakfast, and Rooibos Superfruit, benefit the Jane Goodall Institute.

Barney’s Premium Foods, Fresno, CA, and Rumiano Cheese Company, Willows, CA, are two of the most recent brands to receive the Non-GMO Project Seal, verifying the products’ status as free from genetic modification.

The American Council for Food Safety and Quality recently named the Sacramento, CA manufacturing facility of Blue Diamond the “Plant of the Year of the Pinnacle Club.” The “Pinnacle Club” represents a “best of the best” standing among other top performers in food safety.
