Ingredients:

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Oil an 8″ x 8″ square or 8″ round cake pan. In a medium bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and sea salt. In a separate bowl, combine EDENSOY, cider vinegar, maple syrup and oil. Stir into flour mixture. Bake 35 minutes, until a cake tester comes out clean.
