Ingredients:

15 frozen cooked shrimp

1 zucchini, chopped into bite size pieces

2 tablespoons La Tourangelle 100% Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½ cup uncooked couscous

Salt, to taste

 Directions:

1. The night before, in a pan heat La Tourangelle 100% Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

2. Add zucchini, stir in oil for 4-5 minutes.

3. Add frozen shrimp, stir for 6-7 minutes or until they start to thaw.

4. Add salt. Store in the refrigerator overnight.
