Artisan dairy manufacturer Alpina Foods announced a partnership with Udi’s Gluten Free Foods, Denver, CO. The gluten-free brand’s granola will be added to Alpina’s RESTART brand of yogurt.

Los Angeles, CA-based Reed’s, Inc. announced a new distribution agreement with Canada Dry Bottling of Lansing, MI. Under this agreement, Canada Dry Bottling will begin distributing Reed’s and Virgil’s natural soda brands in all its retail channels throughout Southeastern Michigan.

DCI Cheese Company, Richfield, WI, announced a donation of $50,000, representing a $0.25 contribution for every piece of Black Diamond cheese purchased between November 1 and December 31, 2011, to Action for Healthy Kids (AFHK) in support of the organization’s efforts to improve nutrition in America’s schools.

The Eden Foods Company, Clinton, MI, hosted an official opening of its new retail store in Clinton on February 28, 2012. This new Eden store features about 300 of the company’s products, representing the entire line.
