Cromwell, Conn.— A wholly owned subsidiary of Royal DSM, i-Health Inc., has revealed that it has entered into a purchase agreement towards obtaining UP4 Probiotic Brand from UAS Laboratories. A specialty channel brand, UP4 features a variety of options in its full line of probiotic products, while iHealth is a global science based company focused on health and nutrition. There has been no disclosure as to the terms of the deal.

UP4 will join i-Health’s current leading women’s health brand Estroven and AZO.
