BioVittoria’s Fruit-Sweetness monk fruit (luo han go) concentrate is now GRAS. According to the company, it is the first all-natural zero-calorie fruit concentrate sweetener to be GRAS notified by FDA. BioVittoria says the sweetener is 300 times sweeter than sugar and has a “clean taste profile without the off notes found in some natural sweeteners.”
