Glanbia Nutritionals now offers HarvestPro, a line of gluten-free vegan plant proteins derived from ancient grains, flax and chia. The company says the line ranges from 50 to 60% protein and includes protein crisps and protein powders. It is suitable for use in beverages, bars, baked goods and gluten-free foods.
