Olam Food Ingredients' spice business and Agri-Neo have partnered to create organic pasteurized dry onions, using OFI's dried onions and Agri-Neo's Neo-Pure pasteurization technology. The tech pasteurizes without using radiation, which cannot be used in organic ingredient processing.
