CarobWay Introduces New Sweetener Ingredient

Food-tech start-up CarobWay, Ltd. is introducing a clean-label, low glycemic index (GI) sweetener. The natural sugar replacement ingredient is derived from whole carob fruit and promotes well-being, the company says. Carob has high carbon storage capabilities and supports ecosystem diversity. CarobWay is also committed to fair-trade policies.
