GoodWheat Mac & Cheese Delivers Fiber and Protein

Arcadia Biosciences GoodWheat Mac & Cheese is made with proprietary wheat grain, which is naturally higher in fiber and protein than traditional wheat, the company says. GoodWheat Mac & Cheese delivers the classic mac & cheese taste and texture along with 12g of protein and 4x the fiber of traditional boxed mac & cheese (8g per serving vs 2g in traditional mac). It is available in three kid-approved flavors: Classic Cheddar, White Cheddar and Three Cheese. The products are made with real cheese from cows not treated with rBST.
