Balchem Launches Beverage, Protein Solutions

VitalBlend Oat 2540 is the latest ingredient product launched by Balchem. The cold-water soluble creamer for beverage applications offers a smooth texture and creamy mouthfeel, the company says. Balchem is also unveiling Z-Crisps, an extruded collagen crisp for high-protein bar formulas, and MeatShure, an encapsulated acid and salt designed to increase production capacity that minimizes protein extract.
