Arla Foods Ingredients Releases Optimized Comfort Concept for Infant Formula

Sønderhøj, Denmark—Arla Foods Ingredients released a media statement introducing their new optimized comfort concept for infant formula.

According to the statement, the concept solves the issue of too much protein in infant formula, which can cause gastrointestinal discomfort issues. It contains alpha-lactalbumin, the most abundant protein in human milk, and whey protein hydrolysates—proteins that have been broken down by enzymes, or, in other words, proteins that have been pre-digested.

The statement said that Arla Foods Ingredients’ nutrition ingredients are manufactured in Denmark in a modern facility using milk that is non-GMO, and Kosher and Halal certified.
