Seapoint Farms has introduced Mighty Lil’ Lentils, a plant-based snack that will be rolling out initially online and in stores in the fall. Mighty Lil’ Lentils are vegetarian, gluten-free, and Non-GMO project verified, and free of trans fat and cholesterol. The snack comes in four flavors: Pink Himalayan Salt, (vegan and gluten-free), Barbeque – Smokey, sweet, and savory (gluten-free), Falafel – Exotic and mildly spicy (vegan and gluten-free), and Cinnamon Sugar – Slightly sweet and sassy (gluten-free).
