Mezcla has launched a line of plant-based protein bars in three flavors: Japanese Matcha Vanilla Crunch, Peruvian Cocoa Peanut Butter and Mexican Chipotle Hot Chocolate. The bars contain 170 calories, and are made with pea protein, amaranth, tapioca syrup and chicory root fiber among other ingredients. With ingredients sourced internationally, the bars are vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy free.
