Auburn, WA—The Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) will be attending Expo West at booth #1041, and will be giving a talk on gluten-free topics.

GIG will present “Gluten-free Matters: Insights Into the Gluten-free Market and Motivators for its Consumers” on Wednesday, March 9 from 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. The talk will be held in the Marquis Ballroom NE. Throughout the lecture, GIG will cover topics such as the growth of the gluten-free market, what shoppers need to look for, and label transparency.

“The strong desire of gluten-free consumers for label transparency is important information on many levels for the natural products industry,” said Jeanne Reid, Marketing Manager at GIG. “We want manufacturers to leave this year’s Expo West with a better understanding of the growing gluten-free market, the mindset of gluten-free shoppers, and what drives the decision to purchase as they are shopping at brick-and-mortar stores and online.”
