The PET (plastic) bottle lines of Bethesda, MD-based Honest Tea have a new look following a redesign of its label. Its Honest Tea and Honest Ade beverages now feature labels with a white background and vibrant images of ingredients like tea leaves and large, cut-open fruit.

The AGree initiative, out to transform food and agriculture policy, announced that the ninth major foundation to commit to support is the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF). The support from RWJF will help AGree, which launched in May 2011, as it seeks to find long-term solutions to the world’s food and agriculture problems.

The Hain Celestial Group, Melville, NY, has announced the addition of a new dairy-free option to its Almond Dream brand. The new product will be an almond milk-based yogurt, catered to the lactose intolerant and those who want to consume less dairy.

Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) has announced a $25-million philanthropic partnership with Bob and Charlee Moore, founders of Bob’s Red Mill Natural Foods, Milwaukie, OR. The establishment of the Bob and Charlee Moore Institute for Nutrition and Wellness at OHSU will help confront the worldwide issue of poor nutrition.

A campaign to fight Colony Collapse Disorder has been launched by New York, NY-based Honeydrop Beverages. Titled “Buy a Bottle – Save a Bee”, the program will see the company donate a portion of the profits from the sale of each bottle of its natural tea and juice to the community beekeepers it partners with.
