Merryfield Launches Clean-Label Consumer Rewards App

Boston, MA—Merryfield has launched a free clean label rewards app, available on iOS at the Apple App Store, designed to make shopping easier for health-conscious consumers. How it works: Users shop at their favorite retailer, and when they buy products from the app’s participating brands they simply take a picture of their receipt via the app to earn points, which can be redeemed for gift cards from a variety of brands like Adidas, Sephora and Starbucks.

The Merryfield app features clean-label brands that are focused on improving the environment. Participating brands include Applegate, Beyond Meat, Califia Farms, Country Archer Provisions, EO|Everyone, GoMacro, Good Culture, Justin’s, Health-Ade Kombucha, NadaMoo!, Nellie’s Free Range, Once Upon a Farm, Orgain, Pete and Gerry’s Organic Eggs, Purely Elizabeth, Stonyfield Organic, and Vital Proteins.

“Now more than ever, people want to invest in their own health and well-being, but they don’t have time to do the research and they also have budget constraints,” said David Mayer, Merryfield Co-founder and CEO, in a press release. “Merryfield does the homework for shoppers and rewards them every time they buy products without all the artificial junk and unwanted chemicals.”

The mission-based company also donates 1% of its revenue to No Kid Hungry, working to end childhood hunger.
