Miyoko's Creameryhas announced the launch of Cultured Vegan Pizza Mozz in two options: organic—made with cashew milk, and allergen-free—made with oat milk and legumes. The mozzarella-style cheese tastes and performs like its cow dairy analog and can be used for pizzas, lasagnas, Philadelphia-style cheesesteak sandwiches and Italian style dishes, the company says. Both options are non-gmo and made with whole ingredients and available to the food-service industry.
