Corinne Shindelar Steps Down from INFRA

St. Paul, MN—The Independent Natural Food Retailers Association’s (INFRA) Board of Directors announced in a press release that Founder and President/CEO Corinne Shindelar is stepping down, effective March 1, 2020. She held her position for 15 years.

Cheryl Hughes, Board Chair, said in the release: “The Board is honored that Ms. Shindelar has agreed to continue her legacy of leadership as Emeritus President for the remainder of the year, ensuring a smooth transition at all levels of the organization.”

Patrick Sheridan has been named Interim President/CEO. Sheridan has served as COO/CFO since 2018. He has more than 25 years of management experience. When he joined INFRA, Shindelar commented in a press release: “I look forward to adding his breadth of experience and knowledge to our existing talented team.”
