Italy--Friend of the Sea (FOS) announced that Neptune Wellness Solutions, a turnkey provider of marine oils and other wellness products, earned certification for sustainable practices. With this certification, Neptune Wellness can display the Friend of the Sea eco logo-on company marketing material.

“We congratulate Neptune Wellness Solutions on their commitment to protecting the marine environment through sustainable practices,” said Paolo Bray, Director of Friend of the Sea. “Their certification highlights the importance of the supply chain in seafood-based products like fish oils.”

FOS also announced that it re-certified Pharma Marine AS's CalaMarine, CodMarine and LipidMarine Omega-3 product lines for sustainability. The products will continue to display the Friend of the Sea insignia.
