M&A Update: Balchem and Bergstrom Nutrition

Bergstrom Nutrition will be part of Balchem’s Human Nutrition and Health division and join the Minerals & Nutrients business unit.

New Hampton, NY—Balchem Corporation shared the news of its acquisition of leading methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) manufacturer Bergstrom Nutrition. Bergstrom will join Balchem’s Human Nutrition and Health business division and the Minerals & Nutrients business unit.
