Cincinnati, Ohio—Kroger will start selling CBD-infused products in several states, according toDetroit Free Press.

The website quoted Rachel Hurst, corporate affairs manager for the Kroger Michigan division, as saying that 92 stores in Michigan will have topical CBD products—not ingestible oils. “Our limited selection of hemp-derived CBD topical products is from suppliers that have been reviewed for quality and safety.”

States include Kentucky, Indiana, and Michigan—but not Ohio, according to theCincinnati Enquirer,although that is where Kroger is based. TheEnquirerdidn’t give a reason for the timing.

UPDATE:According to a press release from CV Sciences, the company's brand PlusCBD Oil will be distributed with Kroger. The brand's Roll-ons, available in 200mg and Extra Strength 500mg formulations, is infused with CBD, camphor, and menthol. They will be available at 945 Kroger locations.
