Biostime of Hong Kong bought Swisse Wellness for $1.67 billion.

Olympian Labs, Inc. of Phoenix, Az, partnered with Jeremy Scott Fitness for a 47-Day Body Transformation Challenge, which included 26 people from nine states. From Aug. 10 to Sept. 26, participants took part in fitness training, nutrition coaching, daily check-ins and took supplements courtesy of Olympian Labs.

Watsonville, CA-based Nordic Naturals is holding the “Buy One Bottle. Help Two Heroes” program to benefit Paws and Stripes, which pairs combat-wounded military veterans with shelter dogs. The program—running Oct. 1 through Dec. 31— involves Nordic Naturals giving a $30,000 donation to Paws and Stripes, plus a year’s supply of omega-3s to the veterans and service dogs in their program. Qualifying Nordic Naturals products include ultimate Omega, Omega-3, Complete Omega, EPA, EPA Xtra, DHA, DHA Xtra, Vitamin C gummies, Vitamin D3 gummies, Omega-3 Pet, and Pet Cod Liver Oil.

Whole Foods Market of Austin, TX, will cut its workforce by 1.6%, slashing 1,500 jobs nationally.
