Seattle, WA—OnlineMasters.com announced the release of their Best Online Master’s in Nutrition Programs for 2019. The research identifies the top programs in the nation based on curriculum quality, program flexibility, affordability, and graduate outcomes,
according to a press release.

OnlineMasters.com leveraged an exclusive data set comprised of interviews and surveys from current students and alumni, as well as insights gained from industry professionals, the release says. Each online degree program was analyzed; 41 made it to the final list. Only programs from accredited nonprofit institutions were eligible.

Barbara Montgomery, program recognition manager, said, “Degree holders have the flexibility to work in many settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and cafeterias. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the demand for nutritionists is growing faster than the national average for other jobs.”

North Carolina State University took the top spot, with Stony Brook University School of Medicine coming in second and New York Institute of Technology coming in third. Other top programs include those from American University, Northeastern University, Texas Woman’s University, University of Alabama, Mississippi state University, and Oklahoma State University.
