Chioffi has 30 years of experience in the production and sale of herbal medicine within the natural products retail, manufacturing, and food and beverage sectors. He served a 21-year tenure with Gaia Herbs in various roles, concluding with his responsibilities as Vice President of Global Sourcing and Sustainability. Most recently, Chioffi was the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development for the Ric Scalzo Institute for Botanical Research at Sonoran University of Health Sciences (formerly SCNM), creating partnerships with Arizona State University and companies from the Natural Products sector for funded botanical research projects for two years. Jeff Moyerwas named on City and State Pennsylvania publication’s power 100 list for agriculture. The list highlights 100 leaders “cultivating the state’s thriving farming sectors.” Moyer is a world-renowned authority on organic agriculture and CEO ofRodale Institute. The publication deemed Moyer an “organic farming guru” and highlighted his work advocating for regenerative organic agriculture. After joining Rodale Institute in 1976, Moyer spent 30 years as Farm Manager/Director before being appointed as Executive Director of the Institute in 2015. He was promoted to CEO in 2020. Moyer is well-known for conceptualizing and popularizing a Rodale Institute-invented tractor attachment dubbed the “roller crimper.” It’s a tool in no-till organic agriculture that limits soil erosion, improves soil health, and increases biodiversity. Moyer’s professional accomplishments include serving as the chair of the National Organic Standards Board. Further, he sits on the boards of the Regenerative Organic Alliance, the Soil Health Institute, and the advisory board of The Real Organic Project.
