New York, NY—The Plant Based World Conference & Expo will offer culinary demonstrations, hear from plant-based experts, and taste the latest products, according to a press release.

Ben Davis, content & communications director at Plant Based World, said in the release: “The Expo Hall will be the center point of our two-day event, filled with plant-based product introductions, vegan baking and plant-based entrée demonstrations, and insight from a dynamic lineup of speakers. We are pulling out all the stops so our professional and community attendees will have a chance to see and taste the exciting products that are pushing the plant-based movement forward.”

The lineup includes culinary demonstrations from featured chefs Rich Landau and Fran Costigan, a discussion on how best to position a vegan business for success, how to make plant-based cheese. There will also be a Start Up Zone, showcasing companies that have been in business for fewer than 2 years, including Curaleaf New York, The Better Meat Co., and Plant-Based Pantry.

The Expo will be held at the Javits Convention Center in New York City from June 7-8. For the full schedule, go here. For a complete list of exhibitors, go here.
