Beloit, WI—Experts from Kerry Consumer Insights have partnered with Nielsen to develop an educational webinar titled The Future of Private Label, to be held April 20, according to a press release. The webinar will “delve into the exceptional changes being witnessed across the food and beverage landscape.”

Due to shifts in consumer purchasing over the course of the pandemic to date, a whole new cohort of consumers have entered the private-label space, with new preferences that may impact decisions made by food and beverage developers. The webinar is intended to help elucidate these developments.

Questions that will be answered:

  • How has consumer spending shifted?
  • What’s driving interest in store brands, and how will these changes hold up post-COVID?
  • Where have private labels been successful, and where do they run into trouble?
  • What lessons have been learned over the past year, and what guidance do they provide for the private-label arena?

The webinar will be held at 1pm CST, April 20, 2021, presented by Sarah Miller and Courtney Schumacher—both marketing experts with Kerry—and Kara Sheesley, retail expert at Nielsen, presenting new insights into private-label purchase drivers.
