Taiyo Kagaku India Wins Functional Food Ingredient Company of the Year

New Delhi, India—Taiyo Kagaku India (TKI) has won the Functional Food Ingredient Company of the Year award, according to a press release. The juried award was presented at the India Food Safety Summit & Awards, held in New Delhi. TKI manufactures soluble prebiotic fiber Sunfiber.

“TKI and its Japanese parent company Taiyo Kagaku Co. Japan are committed to providing scientifically proven, effective and safe functional food ingredients for the improvement of health of the people around the globe,” says TKI Managing Director T.P. Rao, Ph.D. who accepted the award. He noted that Sunfiber is backed by more than 100 clinical studies for digestive health, gut health, glycemic control, and weight management. “TKI will continue to strive to develop safe functional ingredients from natural resources with global quality standards to serve for the betterment of the health of humanity,” Rao concluded.
