GELITA AGhas expanded its gelling agent portfolio with plant-based agar-agar sheets. The company says that agar-agar sheets are easier to use than spoon measurements and powders, and the sheets have a higher melting point than many gelling agents. Every sheet has an exactly defined and identical gelling strength.
