Chickpea Native Starch

ChickP Protein, Ltd. has launched a non-GMO native starch developed from chickpea for food and beverage applications. The chickpea starch has a high amylose to amylopectin ratio, with neutral taste and no aroma, the company says. It can be used as a thickening/binding agent in a variety of food applications.
