Phenolaeis has introduced a functional chocolate ingredient made with its Palm Fruit Extract. The sustainable product, the company says, provides rich antioxidants for cognitive and cardiovascular benefits for bars and RTD beverages. Available in both dark and milk chocolate, the product is made with cacao, is water-soluble and is intended to enhance mouthfeel and reduce bitterness.
