Glanbia Nutritionals has introduced OvenPro, a range of ingredients that can be used to increase the protein and fiber content of baked goods, while maintaining low levels of sugar and net carbs. OvenPro products are 1:1 flour replacements for bread, cake, and quickbread. The products contain 47 – 80% protein and 18- 35% fiber.
