Tate & Lyle has announced the expansion of its portfolio of Non-GMO Project Verified ingredient solutions to include several new texturants made from Non-GMO dent corn, including THINGUM 107NG, for use in jelly confections; BRIOGEL 1082 NG, for use in processed cheese; and MERIZET® 100 NG, for use in sauces, dressings, bakery, and snacks.
