Whey Protein for Yogurts

Arla Foods Ingredients has launched Nutrilac FO-7875, a whey protein ingredient for high-protein spoonable and drinkable yogurts. It can be used to create a drinking yogurt with 11% protein and 0.8% fat and does not require the addition of stabilizers, thus allowing cleaner labels.
