A Taste & Nutrition Company, Kerry, in collaboration with Renaissance BioScience Corp, announced a clean-label solution for acrylamide reduction called Acryleast. This non-GMO yeast is rich in asparagines enzyme, which the company claims reduces acrylamide levels by 90% in a range of food and beverage products with no impact on taste or texture.
