Austin, TX—Gencor has shared results from a study published in theJournal of Dietary Supplements, showing the safety and efficacy of supplementation with Tesnor in boosting testosterone levels in healthy young men.

Tesnor is a blend of cocoa bean and pomegranate peel extracts.

120 male participants between the ages of 21 and 35 participated in the randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study. They were separated into three randomized groups: placebo, 200mg Tesnor, and 400mg Tesnor. During the 56-day trial period, all participants were instructed to perform 40 minutes of aerobic exercise for four days per week, maintain their regular diet plan, and refrain from consuming any supplements or energy drinks with ergogenic benefits.

The findings: Tesnor improved serum testosterone, both free and total, with more robust results for the higher dose. The 400mg group showed significant improvements in hand grip strength and mid-upper arm circumference. The researchers concluded: “Together, these observations suggest that LN18178 is a safe and tolerable herbal blend; it increases testosterone level and increases muscle strength and MUAC in young, healthy males.”

Tesnor has been tested by NSF and LGC for the absence of WADA prohibited substances.
