Ingredients:

Directions:

Heat oil in a medium saucepan and sauté the onions and garlic for 1 to 2 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except the pepper and parsley. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to medium-low and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from the flame, add the black pepper and mash the millet and cauliflower with a potato masher. Place in a serving bowl and garnish with parsley. Serve as is, with your favorite gravy or sprinkle with any EDEN Gomasio.
