NOW Health Group of Bloomingdale, IL announced a key staff change. Jim Emme, formerly the firm’s COO, is now the president. Former president Al Powers continues to be CEO, with all U.S. and Canada business units reporting to him. “These changes provide a better organizational structure to support our continued rate of high growth and sustain our leadership position within the industry,” Powers said.

John Gay, former executive director and CEO of the Natural Products Association (NPA), based in Washington, D.C., has left the NPA. While the position is being filled, a leadership team will oversee the nonprofit. Members include president Jeff Wright, Daron Watts, partner at Sidley Austin LLP, and other industry veterans.

Made In Nature LLC of Wellington, FL has made several personnel additions and promotions: Mary Beth Wilson is now the senior brand manager, Brent Jarrett has joined the company as eastern sales manager, David Blair was hired to be the western sales manager and BJ Howard was promoted to manager of customer service.

Lundberg Family Farms of Richvale, CA named Douglas Deeth as its vice president of sales.
