Nutrasource Continues Expansion to Facility

Guelph, Ontario, CA—Nutrasource Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical Services has announced the completion of a 3,000 square foot expansion of the company's main facility in Guelph, Ontario. Following an expansion in late 2020, Nutrasource says this expansion adds 7 new offices, 10 workstations, a boardroom, and an upgrade to the sample processing room that will be triple the size of the previous processing lab area.

“Throughout this pandemic, our team has remained ‘Nutrastrong’ and intact,” said Will Rowe, President and CEO of Nutrasource, in a press release. "In fact, we grew our staffing compliment during this time. Even with the uncertainties we are still facing, we continue to grow and expand for teams, tools, and infrastructure to support our global clientele.”

One highlight of the addition is that it provides a new designated work area for the Certifications by Nutrasource department, which is a team dedicated to customer care and quality assurance for all testing requirements, provided through a network of qualified laboratories. The company shared that the mission of Certifications by Nutrasource is to ensure delivery of the highest quality results and services in:

• the Natural Health Product Industry
• the Functional Food and Beverage Industry
• the Cosmetic Industry
• Government Agencies
• Academia and Research Institutions

Certifications by Nutrasource is a third-party certification program focused on natural health ingredients that includes:

• International Fish Oil Standards (IFOS)
• International GMO Evaluation and Notification Program (IGEN)
• International Probiotic Testing Program (IPRO)
• International Cannabinoid Analysis Program (ICAP)

Rowe added: “We are excited to be able to provide a new designated work area for the Certifications by Nutrasource department, additional rooms for our clinical trials group and expanded workspace for our staff." That include a new concept: hotel workstations designed to provide the individual a more work from home/work from office life balance.
