Back to the Roots presents grow-your-own mushroom kits, which allows consumers to grow up to 1.5 pounds of oyster mushrooms. Mushrooms can grow to full size within 10 days when placed in full sunlight and misted with water twice a day. Mushroom spawn (seeds) are mixed with recycled coffee grounds to create the growing environment.
