Pamela’s now has new cookie mixes (Oatmeal Cookie Mix and Sugar Cookie Mix) and an Artisan Flour Blend. The cookie mixes create moist gluten-free cookies with some basic add-ins. The Artisan Flour Blend is a multipurpose, whole-grain flour free of wheat, gluten, dairy, soy and corn.
