Eat the Change has debuted Organic Mushroom Jerky, available in five varieties, including Sea Salt + Cracked Pepper, Hickory Smokehouse, Maple Mustard, Habanero BBQ and Teriyaki Ginger. The snack is 100% plant/fungi based, USDA certified organic, made from upcycled imperfect produce to address food waste, and packaged in recyclable materials, the company says.
