Mind Blown has launched a plant-based seafood alternative. Plant protein-based crab cakes are made with non-GMO plant-based protein, as well as konjac powder, vegetable gum, and vegetable root starch. They areseasoned with classic crab cake flavors including celery, onion, and panko bread crumbs for the classic flaky texture. In June 2022, the company announced a partnership with Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio.
