Anaheim, CA—The Natural Products Expo West tradeshow and exhibition will return to Anaheim, CA from March 11 through 14. The conference organizers have booked author Bill McKibben to address the crowds on “Food, Economy and 350.” McKibben, who will speak on Saturday, March 13 (8:30–10:00 a.m.), is also the founder of 350.org, a group focused on reversing climate change. Other noteworthy speakers include Robert Kenner, director of the film Food, Inc. and Jane Brody, columnist for The New York Times. Stay tuned for next month’s issue in which WholeFoods will offer a preview of all seminars and events that will be held at this year’s conference.
