In Memoriam
Rajinder K. Bammi, Ph.D., friend and mentor to Sabinsa Corporation of East Windsor, NJ, passed away in December. Sabinsa credits Bammi with being “one of the primary people responsible for Sabinsa’s portfolio of health-enhancing ingredients.”
Bammi played many roles at Sabinsa and Sami Labs: president of Sabinsa R&D (1997–1999), director and president of Sami Labs (1999–2007) and chairman (2007–2012).
Stated company founder Muhammed Majeed, Ph.D., “[Dr. Bammi] made innumerable contributions in the growth of the company and was an integral part of the R&D efforts upon which our success is based. We will all miss him enormously.”
